Abstract

Introduction: In this study, we aimed to investigate the factors that determine response to growth hormone (GH) treatment in children with isolated idiopathic GH deficiency treated in our university hospital. Materials and Methods: The data of 149 patients followed in our university hospital between January 1995 and December 2005 were evaluated in patient charts retrospectively. Girifl: Bu çalışmada, hastanemizde büyüme hormonu (BH) eksikliği tanısıyla izlenen çocuklarda tedaviye yanıtı belirleyen etkenlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: İzole idyopatik BH eksikliği nedeniyle takip edilen ve BH tedavisi kullanan toplam 149 hastanın verileri retrospektif olarak incelendi.
