Central duplication reconstruction by step-osteotomy: Case report

Abstract
The central duplication is the most common seen anomaly of the hand. In this report the case of cent¬ral duplication, caused the permanent deformity, re¬constructed by the step osteotomy procedure in the adult patient without previous surgical treatment till the military service age was presented.

Santral duplikasyon elin en sık görülen anomalisidir. Bu yazıda asker oluncaya değin ameliyat edilmeden kalmış, deformitenin sabit hale geldiği, step-osteotomi ile rekonstrüksiyon uygulanan bir olgu su¬nulmuştur.,
