The Bilingual Education and Regional Languages in France

Abstract
In this study, the bilingual education and regional languages in France have been studied. In this context, the legal framework of the bilingual education, its general and linguistic objectives, its organisation, the planning of its educational environments, the forms of selecting and training the teachers to teach in the schools with bilingual education have been examined.
Özet
Bu çalışmada, Fransa'da yöresel dillerle çift dilli öğretim konusu araştırılmıştır. Bu bağlamda, çift dilli öğretimin yasal çerçevesi, genel hedefleri, dilsel hedefleri, çift dilli öğretimin düzenlenmesi, çift dilli eğitim ortamlarının düzenlenmesi, çift dilli öğretim yapan okullarda görev yapacak öğretmenlerin seçim ve yetiştirilme biçimleri incelenmiştir.
