A Survey for Testing Leadership Behaviours of Manegers in State Finance Cooperations and Private Finance Cooperations

Finans Sektöründe Faaliyet Gösteren Kamu ve Özel Kesim İşletme Yöneticilerinin Önderlik Davranışlarını Ölçmeye Yönelik Bir Alan Çalışması

Abstract

This study covers the identification of avaible differences between the state financial cooperations and private finance companies in Ankara by displaying leadership behaviours of their directors. The tendency is assessed according to ten leadership behavioral patterns of directors of both sector.It can be expressed that more contenporary understanding of management is shown by the directors in the private sector according to there ten leadership behavioral patterns. However in state companies where heavy bureaucracy is inprogress, it is seen that a permanent order could not have been settled.So that we can realise the same leadership behaviours on the managers operating in public finance cooperation. Beside to this, same similarities about leadership behaviours between two groups can also be seen.

Özet

Yapılan bu çalışma, Ankara ilindeki kamu finans kuruluşlarıyla özel sektöre ait finans işletmelerinin yöneticilerinin önderlik davranışlarını ortaya koymak suretiyle, mevcut farklılıkların, belirlenmesini içermektedir.Her iki kesimin yöneticilerinin on önderlik davranış kalıbına bağlı olarak gösterdikleri eğilim ölçülmüştür. Özel finans kuruluşlarının yöneticilerinin, bu on önderlik davranış kalıbına göre daha çağdaş yönetim teknikleri gösterdikleriifade edilebilir.
