Özet
Yönetici ve öğretmenlerin görevlerinde başarılı olabilmeleri, destekleyici bir örgütsel iklimin varlığına önemli ölçüde bağlıdır. Böyle bir ortamda yönetici ve öğretmenler, eğitime daha çok zaman ve enerji ayırabilirler. Böylece de öğrenciler daha başarılı olurlar. Bu yazıda, önce okul iklimi ve sağlığı üzerinde durulmuş, sonra da sağlıklı okul ikliminin çeşitli görünümleriyle öğrenci başarısı arasındaki ilişki ele alınmıştır. Okul ikliminin öğrenci başarısı için hangi boyutlarda ne kadar önemli olduğu böylece ayrıntılarıyla ortaya konulmuştur.
Abstract
The success of the administrators and the teachers is greatly dependent on the presence of a supportive organizational climate. Teachers and administrators can spare more time and energy for education in such contexts. Thus the students become more successful. The present study primarily focuses on the school climate and health and then deals with the relationship between the various forms of the healthy school climate and the student success. It has been put forward in what dimensions and how much the school climate is important for the student success.
