Özet
Bu çalışma, İngiltere ve Galler'de tarih eğitimi ve tarih öğretmenlerinin yetiştirilmesiyle ilgili olarak yapılmış çalışmaların bir kısmının tanıtımını amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın Türkiye'deki, tarih öğretmeni yetiştiren öğretim elemanlarına faydalı olabileceği ümit edilmektedir.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to review some of the literature about the teaching of history and educating secondary school history teachers in England and Wales in the hope that Turkish secondary school history teacher educators can benefit from this study in educating their student teachers.
