The Study of Learning Difficulties in Relation and Function from the Point View of Certain Variables

Bağıntı ve Fonksiyon Konusundaki Öğrenme Güçlüklerinin Bazı Değişkenler Açısından İncelenmesi

Abstract

It has been searched that whether there is a relationship among the learning difficulties on the subjects of Relation and Function, student’s attitude towards mathematics, the mathematical sense of individuality and the teaching methods. Inquiries developed by the researchers in order to gather the notions are applied and variance analysis, correlation analysis and simple average analysis are used to analysis those notions. As a result, a meaningful relationship was found among the learning difficulties on the subjects Relation-Function, student’s manner to the mathematics, the mathematical sense of individuality and the teaching methods.

Özet

Bu araştırmayla, Bağıntı ve fonksiyon konusundaki öğrenme güçlüğü ile öğrencinin matematiğe yönelik tutumu (M.Y.T.), matematik benlik duygusu (M.B.D.) ve kullanılan öğretim metotları arasında bir ilişkinin olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Verileri toplamak için araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen anketler kullanılmış ve bu verilerin analizinde varyans analizi, korelasyon analizi ve aritmetik ortalama kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak bağıntı, fonksiyon konusundaki öğrenme güçlüğü ile öğrencinin matematiğe yönelik tutumu (M.Y.T.), matematik benlik duygusu (M.B.D.) ve kullanılan öğretim metotları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Bu ilişkilere göre birtakım öneriler sunulmuştur.
