Abstract

The distribution of the D1S80 alleles and genotypes in Turkey was determined by AMP-FLP analysis, in this work. The allelic ladder was employed in the analysis of the genotypes of 112 unrelated individuals. Thirty different genotypes and seventeen different alleles were observed. The most common was allele 24 (46%). No new alleles were found. The population investigated showed no deviation from Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium.

Özet

Bu çalışmada, D1S80 allel ve genotiplerinin dağılımı AMP-FLP analizi ile belirlenmiştir. Birbiri ile akraba olmayan 112 bireyin genotipinin tespitinde alelik cetvel kullanılmıştır. Popülasyonda 30 farklı genotip ve 17 farklı allel belirlenmiştir. Allel-24 (%46) On en yaygın allel olduğu gözlenmiştir, yeni allel bulunmamıştır. Popülasyonun, bu lokusta Hardy-Weinberg Eşitliğine göre dengede olduğu gözlenmiştir.
