Abstract
Abstract: While the poets and authors who are not insensitive for improvements occurring social life explain the period in which they live, they also provide a private kind of information for readers, which a historian cannot develop. That is why the search of sociological components in a literatury work will mean that the reaching of the details of social life period and psychological panorama belonging to that period. In this study Attila İlhan s work called Prisoner s Diary including important information about Turkey in 1970 s has been searched with the help of sociological analyze method. One of İlhan s work Prisoner s diary, in which he has connected his ideological behaviors with esthetic, is important in terms of reflecting his art ideas.

Özet: Sosyal hayatta meydana gelen gelişmelere duyarsız kalmayan şairler ve yazarlar yaşadıkları dönemi eserlerine taşırken tarihçinin gerçekleştiremeyeceği özel bir bilgi verisini okura sağlamaktadırlar. Bu sebeple edebî eser içindeki sosyolojik unsurların incelenmesi döneme ait sosyal yaşantının ayrıntılarına, psikolojik manzarasına ulaşmak anlamına gelecektir. Bu çalışmada Attilâ İlhanın 1970lerin Türkiyesine ait önemli verileri içeren Tutuklunun Günlüğü isimli eseri sosyolojik tahlil yönteminin imkânlarıyla ele alınmıştır. İlhanın en önemli eserlerinden biri olan Tutuklunun Günlüğü, onun sanat anlayışını yansıtması bakımından da önemli veriler içerir.
