Gerçek Üstücülük ve Orhan Veli Şiiri Üzerine Bir Yaklaşım Denemesi

Abstract

Orhan Veli’s concept of poetry, in its quest for modernism, has characteristics of the surrealism movement, which brought a new type of expression to aesthetics and French poetry. New structural schemes and thematic characteristics of discourse follow one another, even chronologically meeting in two different topographical spaces and end up by creating a new literary aesthetics. Professor Inal studies to which extent the poetics of surrealism, perceived as model and objet, influence the Garip movement conceived in itself as sujet and he then proceeds to analyze the similarities and differences of the two poetiques. He meticulously distinguishes the cognitive foundations of each of the poetiques from the scientific ones by presenting examples that both intermingle and are far apart.
