Abstract

The bestseller “Snow” by Orhan Pamuk is rich in terms of sociocultural references which in turn enrich the message and the spirit of the novel. The author of this study proposes a ‘lecture’ of these imagery and the references pertaining to them and tries to analyze and understand how this style of narration contributes to the text as a whole
