Abstract

In this paper we view art as a journey to the nature of existence; thus art, just like philosophy, science and the like, has no end and can be thought of as everlasting, ever-enriching the human world. The thing that exists in this context could be something concrete in the outside world or even a thought or a notion. For example the countless paintings of artists depicting war, the numerous poems of poets referring to love are the existence of the concepts of war and love in painting and poetry and can be created and recreated and evaluated as statements at stages of a journey. Humans make this journey as if there is a solution to existence, as if they can capture of the essence the nature of existence. And whenever they think they have captured it they refer to it as beauty
