Abstract
Today, the negative factors such as the insuficiency in meeting the needs of the students, the decrease in the number of the students, not to accept the boys to Girls' Vocational High School have brought the reconstructing of Vocational and Technical Education. The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of the students who are attending these schools and of their parents on the functions of the schools. In the study it was determined that Girls' Vocational High Schools were insuficient in functioning their duties.
Özet
Günümüzde Kız Teknik Öğretim okullarının ihtiyaca cevap verememesi, öğrenci sayısının azalması, kız-erkek ayırımının gereksizliği gibi etmenler, mesleki ve teknik öğretimin yeniden yapılanması tartışmasını gündeme getirmiştir. Araştırmanın amacı, kız meslek liselerinde okuyan öğrenciler ile velilerinin kız meslek liselerinin işlevlerine ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada, kız meslek liselerinin işlevlerini yerine getirmede yetersiz oldukları belirlenmiştir.
