The Quality of Teachers in Education System

Abstract
The aim of this study is to give some clues about the quality of teachers in education system. Teaching is a holy profession. Teaching staff at universities, who perform teaching as well as making researches, are included in this framework. It is necessary to develop the knowledge of teaching profession of both teachers and faculty staff to reach quality. On the other hand it is impossible to pay for the efforts of both teachers and university teachers.
Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, eğitim sisteminde öğreticilerin kalitesine ilişkin ipuçları vermektir. Öğretmenlik kutsal bir meslektir. Araştırma ile birlikte öğretmenlik görevini yürüten öğretim üyeleri de bu kutsallık içinde yer almaktadır. Öğretmen ve öğretim üyelerinin öğretmenlik meslek bilgilerinin geliştirilmesi kalite için bir zorunluluktur. Diğer taraftan fedakarca çalışan öğretmen ve öğretim üyelerinin hiçbir zaman hakları ödenemeyecektir.
