Usage of Gerund -arak-erek in Turkish and its Equivalence in German

Abstract
In this study, we aimed at studying on concordant gerund -arak/-erek in Turkish and studying their equivalences in German. At the end of the study, there are a lot of German equivalences of Gerund -arak/-erek in Turkish therefore we came to the conclution that German has different use of them like cojunctions, prepositions, idioms, endings and second forms of verbs.
