The Influence Processes of Non Government Organization on Political Power

Abstract
In this study the relationships of Non Governmental Organizations with political power and the methods of influencing political power were examined. In parallel to this, information on the formation of non governmental bodies, their objectives and effects was given and the methods of their influencing political power were dealt with. Non governmental bodies influence the political power not only with politically "lobby" methods but also they conduct public opinion polls and prepare reports on some topics to put impact on the decisions taken or to be taken by political power.

Bu çalışmada sivil toplum örgütlerinin siyasal iktidar ile ilişkileri ve siyasal iktidarı etkileme yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Buna koşut olarak da sivil toplum örgütlerinin oluşumu, bunların amaçları ve etkileri hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve siyasal iktidarı etkileme yöntemleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Sivil toplum kuruluşları, siyasal iktidarı, siyasal açıdan "lobby" yöntemiyle etkiledikleri gibi hukuki yöntemlerden olan halk oylaması yaparak ve bazı konularda da raporlar hazırlayarak siyasal iktidarın almış olduğu ya da alacağı kararları etkilemektedirler.
