Teachers Communication in Family (Malatya Sample)

Abstract

Family is an important social institution maintaining the continuity and foundation of the society and in which individuals get their first education. Postive and negative comnmunation styles forming in that institution can affect the lives of the family members outside the family.The majority of the working people in our society is consisted of the teachers. Teacher brings up the human regarding both the education and the teaching for life. The communation of the teachers in the family, who have such an impotant place in the society, has been the main goal of that study. In this study, it has been tried to be determined by a questionnaire how the communication of the teachers takes place in the family, what factors affect the inner-communication of the. family and to what extent the positive and negative developments in the family communation affect the work-life.

Özet

Aile, kişilerin ilk eğitimlerini aldıkları, toplumun temelini ve sürekliliğini sağlayan önemli bir sosyal kurumdur. Bu kurum içerisinde oluşan olumlu yada olumsuz yöndeki iletişim şekilleri aile bireylerinin aile dışındaki hayatlarını da etkileyebilmektedir.Toplumumuzda çalışanların büyük bir çoğunluğunu öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Öğretmen, insanı gerek eğitim gerekse öğretim açısından hayata yetiştirmektedir. Toplumda bu kadar önemli bir yere sahip olan öğretmenlerin aile içi iletişimi, bu araştırmanın temel konusu olarak alınmıştır. Çalışmada öğretmenlerin aile içi iletişimi, aile içi iletişime etki eden faktörler ve aile içi iletişimde oluşan olumlu yada olumsuz gelişmelerin iş hayatını ne derece etkileyip etkilemediği bir anket uygulaması ile tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.
