Determining the Profiles of the Sporting Students in the Scope the of Socio-Economic Variables

Sporcu Öğrencilerin Sosyo-Ekonomik Değişkenler Işığında Profillerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

At this research that has been performed for determining the profiles of the sporting students in the light of socio - economic variables ; beside the demografic features of the students who participate the sportive activities in the high schools, the evaluation has been carried out to determine their interests and attitude over inclineing the their socio - economic features towards sport. At the research Scanning model, the poll method has been used. The universe of the research has been constituted by the sporting students, but the sampling has been formed by the sporting students who attend their schools in Elazığ province center. In conclusion, it can be said that the qualifications of the students that attend spoerts activities in high schools are of middling quality interest and manner of them in sports show similaritieswith the properties of middle-ranked families but these students show differences from the other students in level of social behavior.

Özet

Sporcu öğrencilerin sosyo-ekonomik değişkenler ışığında profillerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan bu araştırmada; Orta dereceli okullarda sportif faaliyetlere katılan öğrencilerin demografik özellikleri ile birlikte sosyo-ekonomik özelliklerinin spora yönelimlerindeki ilgi ve tutumlarının belirlenmesine yönelik değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma Tarama modelinde Anket yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evreninin sporcu öğrenciler oluşturmuş, örneklemini ise Elazığ il merkezinde eğitimine devam eden sporcu öğrenciler oluşturmuştur. Sonuç olarak; Orta dereceli okullarda sportif faaliyetlere katılan öğrencilerin demografik özellikleri ve sosyo-ekonomik özelliklerinin orta düzeyde olduğu, bu öğrencilerin spora yönelimlerindeki ilgi ve tutumlarının, orta düzeydeki ailelerin özellikleri ile benzerlikler arz ettiği, fakat sportif faaliyetlere katılan öğrencilerin, diğer öğrencilere kıyasla sosyal davranış düzeylerinde farklılıklar olduğu söylenebilir.
