A Field Study on the Determination of the Communicative-Atmosphere of the Turks in Germany With Respect to the Communation Between Cultures

Kültürlerarası İletişim Bağlamında Almanya'daki Türklerin İletişimsel Ortamlarının Belirlenmesine Yönelik Bir Alan Araştırması

Abstract

Together with the globalization, the borders between the countries have started to become artificial, and obligatory neighbourhood relations with the far geographies have started to be formed. In that period, it is possible to say many phenomenas have been globalzed together with the economics. It is no doubt that the most important of these is that the people have the right of free-circulation in an environment where there are no borders. Yet, that legal human circulation also brings about some social and cultural problems. In that process at which cultures are being crossbred, the immigrant societies have started to form ghettoes in the geographies where they live with the fear of being assimilated. Yet, that life-style reminding the parallel society style turns to a fear phenomenon particularly at the Western geography, and is seen as the most important obstacle for the integration. The communicative atmosphere of the Turks living in Germany can be given as an example for such a lifestyle. In that study supported by a questionnaire and carried out with the aim of determining the the communicative atmosphere of the Turks living in Germany and of putting forward the Parallel Society phenomena with the scientific data, significant data have been obtained.

Özet

Küreselleşme ile birlikte ülkeler arasındaki sınırlar yapaylaşmaya ve uzak coğrafyalarla zorunlu komşuluk ilişkileri oluşmaya başlamıştır. Bu süreçte ekonomi ile birlikte birçok olgunun da küreselleştiğini söylemek mümkün görünmektedir. Kuşkusuz bunlardan en önemlisi sınırların doğal olarak ortadan kalktığı bir ortamda insanların serbest dolaşımda olabilmesidir. Ancak bu yasal insan sirkülasyonu bazı sosyal ve kültürel sorunları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Kültürlerin melezleştiği bu süreçte göçmen topluluklar, asimilasyona uğrama korkusuyla yaşadıkları coğrafyalarda gettolar oluşturmaya başlamışlardır. Ancak paralel toplum tarzını çağrıştıran bu yaşam tarzı özellikle Batı coğrafyasında bir korku fenomenine dönüşmekte ve entegrasyonun önündeki en önemli engel olarak görülmektedir. Almanya'da yaşayan Türklerin iletişimsel ortamları bu tür bir yaşam tarzına örnek gösterilebilir. Paralel Toplum fenomeninin bilimsel verilerle ortaya konması ve Almanya'da yaşayan Türklerin iletişimsel ortamlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan ve bir anket çalışmasıyla desteklenen bu araştırmada önemli bulgulara ulaşılmıştır.
