Teachers' views about the levels of fulfillment on creative skills on life study cources of students ( Elazig province sample)

Öğrencilerin hayat bilgisi dersi'nde yaratıcı düşünme becerilerini kazanma düzeylerine ilişkin öğretmen görüşleri ( Elazığ ili örneği)

Abstract

The aim of this study is to specify the fulfillment of learning level of creative thinking skills of 1st, 2nd and 3th grade students of primary education in Life Study Course according to teachers' view. The population of the study is constituted by 577 teachers teaching at 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades in the academic year of 2009 - 2010 in official primary schools at the center of Elazig province. The sample of the study is constituted by 368 teachers. The data obtained from the surveys applied to these teachers have been analyzed by way of using frequency, percentage, mean, t test and variance analysis with the help of SPSS program. As a result of the study, it has been observed that the teachers have positive opinions as to the fulfillment of learning level of creative thinking skills.

Özet

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, öğretmen görüşlerine göre, 1. ,2. ve 3. sınıf öğrencilerinin Hayat Bilgisi dersinde yaratıcı düşünme becerilerini kazanma düzeylerini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini Elazığ ili merkezindeki resmi ilköğretim okullarında 2009 - 2010 eğitim-öğretim yılında 2., 3. ve 4. sınıfları okutup aynı zamanda bir önceki eğitim-öğretim yılında da aynı sınıfın Hayat Bilgisi dersine girmiş 577 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini 368 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Bu öğretmenlere uygulanan anketlerden elde edilen veriler SPSS programı yardımıyla frekans, yüzde, ortalama, t testi ve varyans analizi kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, yaratıcı düşünme becerilerini kazanmaya dair öğretmen görüşlerinin genel olarak olumlu olduğu görülmüştür.
