The Case Of Immigration Due To Terrorism And The Problems Created: Sample Of Mardin

Abstract
This article focuses on the phenomenon of migration caused by terrorist incidents. The PKKterrorist organization changed its strategy and moved the conflict environment from ruralareas to city centers, which endangered the security of both people and the public. Peoplewho think / feel that their life and property security are left have had to migrate. Terroristincidents and subsequent migration have led to the emergence of many problems. Within thescope of this study, a questionnaire form consisting of 67 questions was applied to 380people among those who migrated from Nusaybin to Mardin due to terrorist incidents. It isunderstood that what happened at the end of the study caused serious negativities on theeducation of children. In addition, it has been determined that immigrants have seriousproblems in terms of financial means, finding housing and psychologically. For this reason,it is important to examine the terrorist incidents experienced and the migration phenomenonthat occurred as a result of this and the problems it causes.
Özet
Bu makale, yaşanan terör olayları nedeniyle meydana gelen göç olgusunu konu edinmektedir. PKK terör örgütünün strateji değiştirerek çatışma ortamını kırsal alanlardan şehir merkezlerine taşıması, hem toplumun hem de kamunun güvenliğinin tehlikeye girmesine neden olmuştur. Can ve mal güvenliklerinin kalmadığını düşünen/hisseden insanlar göç etmek zorunda kalmışlardır. Yaşanan terör olayları ve akabinde gerçekleşen göç birçok sorunun fitilinin ateşlenmesine yol açmıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında terör olayları nedeniyle Nusaybin’den Mardin’e göç edenler arasından 380 kişiye toplamda 67 sorudan oluşan anket formu uygulanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda yaşananların çocukların eğitimi üzerinde ciddi manada olumsuzluklara neden olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Ayrıca göç edenlerin maddi yönden, konut bulma açısından ve psikolojik bakımdan ciddi problemler yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Bu nedenle makalede, terör nedeniyle yaşanan hendek olayları ve bunun neticesinde gerçekleşen göç olgusu ve neden olduğu sorunların incelenmesi önem arz etmektedir.
