Metallic Foreign Bodies in the Breast: A Case Report

Abstract
Foreign bodies in the breast is rare and crucial due to pain, development to inflammation causing abscesses and granuloma, progress to different regions with migration, mimic microcalcifications in mammograms, and creating mass appearance. A case of 57 years old woman with detected metal foreign bodies in breast was presented with mammography and ultrasonography findings.
Özet
Nadir rastlanılan meme yabancı cisimleri ağrıya, enflamasyon gelişimi ile abse ve granüloma neden olması, migrasyon ile farklı bölgelere ilerlemesi, mammografide mikrokalsifikasyonları taklit etmesi ve kitle görünümü oluşturması nedeniyle önem arz etmektedir. 57 yaşında rutin kontrol değerlendirmesinde rastlantısal metal yabancı cisim saptanan bayan bir olgu mammografi ve ultrasonografi bulguları ile sunuldu.
