Effect of cottonseed meal with shell+urea and urea onmilk yield and composition in lactating dairy cows

Abstract
In this study, the effects of rations including 6.5 kg barley straw, 2.82 kg wheat bran and 9.82 kg concentrate feed containing cottonseed meal with shell+urea (PTK+Üre group) or urea (Üre group) as nitrogen source on feed intake milk yield and composition in 8 Holstein dairy cows (2 month postpartum) were investigated. At the and of study, feed intake, milk yield and feed efficiency were 18.12,18.14 kg; 14.16,14.40 kg and 1.25, 1.30 kg feed/kg milk in the PTK+Üre and Üre groups respectively. Dry matter, ash, protein and fat ratio of milk were 12.41, 12,61; 0.75, 0.75; 3.78, 3.80 and 3.58, 3.49 % in the groups respectively. The differences were not statistically significant for all parameters.
Özet
Bu araştırmada, 6.5 kg arpa samanı+2.82 kg buğday kepeği ve 9.82 kg azot kaynağı olarak kabuklu pamuk tohumu küspesi+üre (PTK+Üre grubu) veya sadece Üre (Ure grubu) içeren karma yemden kurulmuş rasyonlann 8 Holştayn süt ineğinde (doğumdan 2 ay sonra) yem tüketimi, süt verimi ve sütün bileşimi üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonunda, yem tüketimi, süt verimi ve yemden yararlanmanın PTK+Üre ve üre gruplarında sırası ile 18.12 , 18.14 kg ; 14.86,14.40 kg ve 1.25, 1.30 kg yem/kg süt olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sütün kuru madde, kül, protein ve yağ oranı ise gruplarda sırası ile % 12.41, 12.62; % 0.75, 0.75; % 3.78, 3.80 ve %3.53,3.49 olduğu saptanmıştır. Ancak, iki rasyona ilişkin bulgular arasındaki farklar istatistiksel olarak önemli çıkmamıştır.
