The Development of a Computer Program That Can Be Used for Quality Control in Housing Construction

Abstract

This study aims the development of a computer program to control the compliance of materials delivered to theconstruction site with the pre-prepared technical specifications visa materials, maintain the quality control ofcited materials in analytical manner during the construction stage and ensure the performance ofall application terms and conditions and acceptance criteria of a construction from the commencementperiod until the completion stage thereof, provide the fulfill mentor the prerequisites of subsequentproductions and application thereof in the construction industry. Furthermore, it, as another main objective,aims the storage of both specifications and quality control instructions of the implementing organizations orindustry professionals in a common database, as well as the development thereof.

Bu çalışma, konut inşaatlarının yapım sürecinde şantiyeye getirilen malzemelerin, daha önceden hazırlananmalzeme şartnamelerine uygunluğunun kontrolü ve malzemenin imalat aşamasında kalite kontrolünün analitikbir şekilde sağlıklı yapılabilmesi, bir imalatın başlangıç süresinden bitiş aşamasına kadar bütün uygulamakoşullarının ve kabul kriterlerinin yerine getirilebilmesi, ardıl imalatların önkoşullarının yerine getirilebilmesinisağlamak amacıyla geliştirilecek bilgisayar programının geliştirilmesi ve inşaat sektöründe uygulanabilmesiamaçlanarak hazırlanmıştır. Ayrıca uygulayıcı firmaların ya da sektör profesyonellerinin, gerek şartnamelergerekse de uygulama kalite kontrol talimatlarının ortak bir veri tabanında saklanması, geliştirilmesi çalışmanınbir diğer ana amacıdır.
