Search for excited leptons at the CERN Large Hadron Collider

Abstract
Production of excited leptons at the CERN LHC through the contact interactions of fermions is investigated. Subsequent decays of excited leptons to ordinary leptons and electroweak gauge bosons via gauge interactions are examined. Singly produced excited leptons could be accessible up to the mass of 4.5 TeV. Excited leptons could be pair produced up to the mass of 3.1 TeV at the CERN LHC.
Özet
CERN Büyük Hadron Çarpıştırıcısında uyarılmış leptonların, fermiyon kontak etkileşmeleri yoluyla üretilebilecekleri gösterilmiştir. Uyarılmış leptonların, ayar bozonları ve leptonlara ayar etkileşmesi yoluyla bozunduğu durum incelenmiştir. Kütle merkezi enerjisi 14 TeV olan CERN pp çarpıştırıcısında uyarılmış leptonların tek üretimi durumunda 4.5 TeV ve çift üretilmeleri durumunda 3.1 TeV kütleye kadar gözlenebileceği gösterilmiştir.
