Abstract

In this study, it is studied on the localization of the source producing heart sounds by analyzing using array signal processing methods. The sound data are acquired by means of a planar microphone array put on the chest wall covering the heart region. In the image by using signal processing methods, it is obtained that the results indicating the heart tissues that cause acoustical vibration by their mechanical action. In the estimation of the four phases in a cardiac period, the images obtained for systole and diastole interval put forward that the sounds in these intervals arise larger area than the first and second heart sounds. The differences in these images show that the image determining the heart tissues causing the abnormal sounds appeared in the patient

Özet

Bu çalışmada, kalp sesleri dizi işaret işleme yöntemleri ile analiz edilerek, sesleri üreten kaynakların yerlerinin belirlenmesi üzerine çalışılmıştır. Ses verileri, kalbi bölgesini örten göğüs duvarı üzerine yerleştirilmiş bir düzlemsel mikrofon dizisi yardımı farklı noktalardan alınmıştır. Dizi işaret işleme yöntemleri kullanılarak elde edilen görüntülerde, mekanik hareketi ile akustik titreşimlere neden olan kalp dokularını işaret eden sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Bir kardiyak periyodundaki dört safha için yapılan kestirimlerde, sistol ve diastol aralıkları için elde edilen görüntüler, bu aralıktaki seslerin birinci ve ikinci kalp seslerine göre daha geniş bir alanda oluştuğunu ortaya koymuştur. Görüntülerdeki farklılıklar, hastalarda oluşabilecek anormal seslere neden olan kalp dokusunu işaret eden görüntüler elde edilebileceğini göstermektedir.
