ON CONCEPT OF DYNAMIS IN FIRST CHAPTER OF BOOK THETA OF METAPHYSICS

Abstract

In his Basic Problems of Phenomenology and his essay published in 1929 "On the Essence of Ground," Martin Heidegger brought the distinction of onticalontological intothe philosophy, and then used this distinction as ground for his many works. Ontological difference in question, even if it was identified by Heidegger, has beenimplicitly present as a fact since philosophy began. Because the first question, 'what is the thing which gives their existence to the existing things' , or what is known as the problem of arkhê, is a question that contains the ontological difference. Heidegger's reconsideration of the history of philosophy is an indication that he deals with the problem of ontological difference in this context. Reading the history of the Being in this way is one of the most radical steps in the history of philosophy. In this study, we have studied the notion of dynamis, which has emerged in the first part of Theta, the ninth book of Aristotle's Metaphysics, from the viewpoint of ontic-ontological distinction. In this respect, it has been touched upon concepts of energeia, entelekheia and kinêsis. Then it has been examined the concept of dynamis in within the frame of ontological difference

Ontik-ontolojik ayrımını Martin Heidegger Basic Problems of Phenomenology adlı çalışmasında ve 1929 tarihli "On The Essence Of Ground" adlı makalesinde felsefeye kazandırmış ve daha sonra bu ayrımı birçok çalışmasında zemin olarak kullanmıştır. Ontolojik Fark olarak adlandırılan söz konusu ayrım, Heidegger tarafından teşhis edilmiş olsa dahi esasında bir gerçeklik olarak felsefenin başlangıcından itibaren zımni olarak mevcuttur. Zira ilk soru olan 'varolanlara varlığını veren şey nedir' ya da bilindik adıyla arkhê sorusu esasında içinde ontolojik fark problemini barındıran bir sorudur. Heidegger'in felsefe tarihini yeniden ele alması da onun ontolojik fark problemini bu bağlamda ele aldığının göstergesidir. Varlığın tarihini bu biçimde okumak felsefe tarihindeki en radikal adımlardan biridir şüphesiz. Biz bu çalışmada, söz konusu ayrımı Aristoteles'in Metafizik'inin dokuzuncu kitabı olan Theta'nın ilk bölümünde ortaya konandynamis kavramını, ontikontolojik ayrımı üzerinden inceledik. Bu hususta ilk olarak energeia, entelekheia ve kinêsis kavramlarına değinilmiştir. Ardından ontolojik fark çerçevesinde etkin, edilgin ve yokluk olarak dynamis kavramı incelenmiştir
