Abstract

Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated periodic syndrome (TRAPS) is an autosomal dominant autoinflammatory disease linked to chromosome 12p13 and, more specifically, with mutations within the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, member 1A gene (TNFRSF1A gene). It is characterized by the presence of fever, abdominal pain, myalgia, arthralgia or arthritis, and skin rash.

Özet

Tümör nekrozis faktör reseptörü ilişkili periyodik sendrom (TRAPS), kromozom 12p13 ile ve daha özgün olarak tümör nekrozis faktör reseptörü süper ailesi, 1A geni (TNFRSF1A gen) üyesi içindeki mutasyonlar ile bağlantılı otozomal dominant bir otoinflamatuar hastalıktır. Ateş, karın ağrısı, miyalji, artralji veya artrit ve deri döküntüsü varlığı ile karakterizedir. Bu yazıda, anti-TNF ile ? etanersept ve infliksimab ile tedavisi başarısız olmuş iken anti-interlökin-6 (anti-IL-6) reseptörü monoklonal antikoru tokilizumab ile başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilen tümör nekrozis faktör reseptörü ilişkili periyodik sendrom (TRAPS) olan bir olguyu tanımlamaktayız.
