Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to provide information on the global clinical trials of treatment and vaccine studies against COVID-19 / SARS-CoV2 infection. In this context, daily data from official companies with strong communication networks in the world and more intensive issues will be considered. The second purpose of the review is to address the treatment and prevention-control criteria that can be applied against COVID-19 / SARS-CoV2 or new outbreaks that may occur in the future. Information will be given about the second and third waves that can be experienced in SARSCoV2, the therapeutics that are more prominent, and the new generation antiviral methods that can be used in other virus infections. Many therapeutic and vaccine trials for COVID-19 / SARS-CoV2 are ongoing. Conducting intensive clinical studies and sharing them instantly on online platforms accelerates the development of treatment and vaccine methods. Prevention-control is still the most important issue, and combating diseases is still the most important and simple criterion. In order to maximize this criterion, struggle with the concept of "One Health, One Medicine, One Virology" should be taken as a basis for every virus with zoonotic potential such as COVID-19 / SARS-CoV2.

Özet

Bu makalenin temel amacı, COVID-19/SARS-CoV2 enfeksiyonuna karşı tedavi ve aşı çalışmalarına ait global ölçekteyürütülen klinik denemeler hakkında bilgi sunmaktır. Bukapsamda dünyada iletişim ağı güçlü olan resmi firmalardan alınan günlük veriler ile daha yoğun çalışılan konulardikkate alınacaktır. Derlemenin ikinci amacı ise COVID-19/SARS-CoV2 veya gelecekte yaşanabilecek yeni salgınlara karşı uygulanabilecek tedavi ve korunma-kontrol ölçütlerini elealmaktır. Hem SARS-CoV2’de yaşanabilecek ikinci ve üçüncüdalgalar da daha ön plana çıkan terapötikler hem de diğervirus enfeksiyonlar da kullanılabilecek yeni nesil antiviralmetotlar hakkında bilgi verilecektir. COVID-19/SARS-CoV2için birçok terapötik ve aşı denemesi hızla devam etmektedir. Klinik çalışmaların yoğun bir şekilde yapılıp anında çevrimiçi platformlarda paylaşılması, tedavi ve aşı yöntemlerinin geliştirilmesini hızlandırmaktadır. Korunma-kontrol isehalen en önemli konu olup, hastalıklarla mücadelede halenen önemli ve basit ölçüttür. Bu ölçütü en üst düzeye taşımakiçin ise COVID-19/SARS-CoV2 gibi zoonoz potansiyele sahipolan her virus için “Tek Sağlık, Tek Tıp, Tek Viroloji” konseptiile mücadele esas alınmalıdır.
