Karın ağrısının nadir bir nedeni olan gastrik foregut duplikasyon kisti

Abstract

Gastric foregut cyst is a rare congenital disease. In this report, a gastric foregut cyst in a 22-year-old male patient is presented. Fluid-filledgastric ultrasonography and computed tomography demonstrated acystic, calcified lesion attached to the anterior gastric wall. The samelesion was observed using upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. An exploratory laparotomy revealed a non-communicating cyst. The cystwas excised surgically, and pathology confirmed the diagnosis.

Özet

Gastrik foregut kisti nadir bir konjenital hastalıktır. Bu makalede, 22yaşında erkek bir olgudaki gastrik foregut kisti sunulmaktadır. Abdominl ultrasonografi mide sıvı ile tamamen doldurulduktan sonar yapılmıştır. Ultrasonografi ve bilgisayarlı tomografi incelemelrinde anterior mide duvarına yapışık olan kalsifiye kistik lezyon tespit edilmiştir. Aynı lezyon üst gastrointestinal sistem endoskopik incelemesinde de görülmüştür. Eksploratif laparotomide non-kommunikekistik lezyon saptanmıştır. Kist cerrahi olarak eksize edilmiş ve tanıpatolojik olarak doğrulanmıştır.
