Abstract

Sarcomas of the prostate are rare tumors. Imaging plays an impor- tant role in the management and diagnosis of patients with prostatesarcomas. Their clinic-pathologic features are well described, but theimaging features of these tumors have rarely been documented inthe literature and have appeared mainly as case reports. Herein, wepresent a rare case of metastatic spindle cell sarcoma of prostate withcomputed tomography imaging findings.

Özet

Prostat sarkomları nadir tümörlerdendir. Görüntüleme prostat sarkomu tanı ve tedavi yönetiminde önemli bir rol oynar. Prostat sarkomunun klinik-patoloj ik bulguları iyi tanımlanmış olmasına rağmengörüntüleme bulguları ise daha az sayıda derlenmiş ve vaka raporlarışeklinde sunulmuştur. Burada, biz oldukça nadir görülen metastatikspindle hücreli prostat sarkomu vakasını bilgisayarlı tomografi görüntüleme bulguları eşliğinde sunduk.
