Jewelry Design with Self-Compacting Cement Based Paste

Abstract

Self-compacted concrete (SCC) is a new type of specialfluent concrete which is produced by using chemicaladmixtures. It has different properties from classicalconcrete in terms of both mixing design and productiontechniques. Thus, concrete can be compacted easily andworkability losses due to workmanship can be prevented.Better quality concrete and concrete based products areeasily obtained with that process. In this study, thehistorical development, identification, advantages,properties, tests for determining mentioned propertiesand usage fields of SCC are compiled. It is beneficial forconcrete sectors that knowing properties of SCC which iswidely used all over the world in recent times. Since weknow that the settlement of this special concrete species isvery good, we have come to the conclusion that the SCCwill find its place not only in the construction sector butalso in the jewelry sector as Self-compacted Cement BasedPaste (SCCBP). At the end of the work, products made withSCCBP were liked by people.

Özet

Kendiliğinden yerleşen beton (KYB), kimyasal katkı kullanılarak yüksek akıcı kıvamda üretilen bir tür özel betondur. Hem karışım tasarımı hem de üretim teknikleri açısından klasik betondan farklı özelliklere sahiptir. Bu tür betonların yerleştirilmesi daha kolay olacağı gibi, işlenebilirlikten doğan hatalar da azaltılmış olur. Daha kaliteli beton ve beton ürünlerinin elde edilmesi kolaylaşır. Bu çalışmada, KYB'nin tarihsel gelişimi, tanımı, avantajları, özelikleri ve bu özeliklerinden yola çıkarak takı yapımı derlenmiştir. Son zamanlarda, dünyada yaygın şekilde kullanılmaya başlanan KYB'nin özeliklerinin iyi bilinmesi beton sektörü açısından yararlıdır. Bu özel beton türünün yerleşmesinin çok iyi olduğunu bildiğimizden yola çıkarak KYB’nin yalnız inşaat sektöründe değil, takı sektöründe de Kendiliğinden Yerleşen Çimento Esaslı Hamur (KYÇEH) şeklinde kendine bir yer bulacağı kanaatine varılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda KYÇEH ile yapılmış ürünler insanlar tarafından beğenilmiştir.
