Abstract
On 10 October 2009, protocols were signed between Turkey and Armenia in Zurich and it was aimed to normalize and develop relations through these protocols. The article evaluates the protocols from the point of international law and during this evaluation, both the rules related to the method and to the principles of international law will be taken into consideration.

10 Ekim 2009 tarihinde Zürih’te Türkiye ile Ermenistan arasında protokoller imzalanmış ve bu protokollerle ilişkilerin normalleştirilmesi ve geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Makalede söz konusu protokoller uluslararası hukuk açısından değerlendirilecek, bu değerlendirme yapılırken, hem uluslararası hukukun usule ilişkin kuralları hem de esasa ilişkin kuralları dikkate alınacaktır.
