An assesment on Gregorian church and Armenians towards 100th anniversary of 1915 events

Abstract

Throughout this paper, a thorough assessment has been made on the ultimate goals intended by Armenian religious and civilian administrators by revealing how the Armenian society has been manipulated from Tanzimat to the present by religious and civilian authorities with the support of imperialistic states, how the 1915 Armenian Events posed an internal threat to the Ottoman State, and how this problem is turning into an external threat to the Republic of Turkey even after 50 years upon the events in question.

Bu makalede; Ermeni toplumunun ana hatlarıyla Tanzimat döneminden günümüze, emperyalist devletlerin desteğini alarak dini ve sivil önderlerce nasıl yönlendirildiği, Osmanlı devletine 1915 Ermeni olaylarının nasıl bir iç tehdit oluşturduğu, 50 yıl sonra bu problemin Türkiye Cumhuriyetinde nasıl dış tehdide dönüştüğü, ortaya konularak Ermeni dini ve sivil yöneticilerin varmak istedikleri nihai hedefler üzerinde bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.
