The investigation of the antimicrobial effects of various antiseptics drugs agents the skin flora

Abstract
In this study, the inhibitory effect of various antiseptics was investigated on skin flora. For this purpose 70 % isopropyl alcohol, 2 % mersol and 2 % tincture iodine were applied on the skin of volunteers alone or in different combination. By using contact plate method and mimic blood culture techniques the effects of antiseptics were investigated. Both methods showed that the most effective antiseptics was obtained with a combination of 70 % isopropyl alcohol + 2 % tincture iodine.
Özet
Bu çalışmada deri antisepsisinde kullanılan çeşitli antiseptiklerin deri florasına inhibitor etkileri araştırıldı. Yüzde 70'lik izopropil alkol, yüzde 2'lik mersol ve yüzde 2'lik tentürdiyot tek başlarına veya kombinasyonlar halinde gönüllü kişilerin derilerine uygulandı. Değdirme plak'yön¬temi ve taklit kan kültürleri ile antiseptiklerin etkileri araştırıldı. Her iki yöntem ile en etkili antisepsi yüzde 70 'lik izopropil alkol + yüzde 2'lik tentürdiyot kombinasyonu ile sağlaridı.
