Abstract

While intestinal neoplasms are rare, small intestinal lipomas are even more uncommonly neoplasms. They are usually asymptomatic, but lipomas larger than 2 cm may become symptomatic due to obstruction or bleeding. We report a case of small bowel lipoma that became symptomatic due to intermittent obstruction episodes. Lipoma was removed and the patient’s postoperative period was uneventful. In this case report, the diagnosis and management of intestinal lipomas were discussed along with a literature review.

Özet

Bağırsak tümörleri nadirdir. ınce bağırsak lipomları ise daha da nadir görülür. genelde semptomsuzdurlar fakat 2 cm.den büyük ince bağırsak lipomları tıkanma veya kanamadan dolayı semptomatik hale gelebilirler. aralıklı tıkanıklık atakları nedeniyle semptomatik hale gelen bir ince bağırsak lipom olgusunu sunuyoruz. lipom çıkarıldı ve hastanın ameliyat sonrası klinik seyri sorunsuz geçti. bu olgu sunumunda bağırsak lipomlarının teşhis ve tedavisi literatür eşliğinde tartışıldı.
