Adult-Onset Cervical Cystic Lymphangioma

Abstract

A 55-year-old female presented with aninsidious painless growth over the left su praclavicular region for the past 3 years.The swelling progressively increased insize 1 month before, preceded by an up per respiratory tract infection episode;however, she denied any alarming headand neck symptoms, such as voice chang es, dysphagia, dyspnea, and odynopha gia. The constitutional symptoms and riskfactors of malignancy were also absent.
