Objective: Despite regular transfusions and iron-chelation therapies, endocrine complications still remain an importantcause of morbidity in patients with beta thalassemia major (BTM). We aimed to evaluate the relationship between endocrinecomplications and serum ferritin levels in adult patients with BTM.
