Abstract
Although hypertension seems more common in diabetic subjects, there may be differences in various regions of world due to genetic and environmental factors. In this study we aimed to determine the prevalence of hypertension and its related parameters among type II diabetic subjects in Şanlıurfa. The present study was comprised 154 newly enrolled type II diabetic subjects (110 women (71%). 44 men (29%)).
