Viewing Successful Business at the Concept of Responsibility

Abstract

So the companies importance has gone up and become an indispensable foundation for society, they should take on some responsibilities. Because very important effects of companies is seen on social, political, scientific and technological organizations of society. This situation had forced companies to take on some responsibilities in society. As well as quality and reduced prices,social responsible and appropriate moral activities also became necessary condition for competition. Water pollution, raw material extravagance, green area destruction and global worming had effected world life quality badly because of the companies they which produces irresponsibility and devastate their surroundings. At the whole society, because of our ecology environment demolished and social sensitivity, companies have sensitized about environment.

Özet

Günümüzde işletmelerin öneminin giderek artması ve toplum içinde vazgeçilmez bir kurum haline gelmeleri sebebiyle bir takım sorumluluklar üstlenmesi gerekir. Çünkü işletmelerin toplumun diğer sosyal, siyasi, bilimsel ve teknolojik kurumlar üzerinde önemli etkileri görülmektedir. Bu durum işletmelerin toplum içinde bir takım sorumluluklar üstlenmesi de zorunlu hale getirmiştir. İşletmeler için kalite ve düşük maliyet kadar, sosyal sorumluluklara ve ahlaka uygun faaliyet göstermek de rekabet edebilmenin önemli bir koşulu haline gelmeye başlamıştır. Sorumsuz bir şekilde üretim yapan ve çevreyi tahrip eden kuruluşların neden olduğu su kirliliği, hammadde kaynaklarının israfı, yeşil alanların tahrip edilmesi, küresel ısınma vb gibi çevresel sorunlar dünya yaşam kalitesini olumsuz yönde etkilemiştir. Günümüzde toplumunun tamamında, yaşadığımız ekolojik çevrenin bozulmasına karşı genelinde oluşan hassasiyetlerden dolayı işletmeleri çevre konusunda duyarlı hale getirmiştir.
