Abstract
In this study, marked by medieval feudalism; socio-economic aspects were examined. In this context, emerged and developed and destroyed feudalism of the medieval, feudalism, the general characteristics mentioned and after the birth, growth and destruction are discussed.

Bu çalısmada, ortaçağa damgasını vuran feodalizm; sosyoekonomik yönleriyle incelenmistir. Bu bağlamda feodalizmin ortaya çıktığı ve gelisip yıkıldığı ortaçağın, genel karakteristik özelliklerine değinilmis ve sonrasında da feodalizmin doğusu, gelismesi ve yıkılması ele alınmıstır.
