Abstract

One of the most important institutions in society are the basis of modern industrial transformation. This is the beginning of a historical transformation, invention of the steam engine in the middle of the 18th century. After the transition to the use of electricity and oil as an energy source and mass production, the second wave of industrial transformation began. The third wave of industrial transformation was triggered by the implementation of programmable electronic machine manufacturing technology. Today is witnessing the first example of the fourth wave of industrial change. This transformation is not only changing the production technology, social, economic and education systems are also change. In this study examines the effect of the industrial transformation of social institutions, fourth industrial revolution and the current situation of Turkey. The fourth wave began in the advanced industrial countries such as Germany and the United States increasingly has the potential to affect the entire global market. The understanding of this process, it is vital to be able to protect Turkey's economic growth and global competitiveness. In this context, Turkey's current industrial and educational infrastructure are being examined and made recommendations

Özet

Modern toplumların temelindeki en önemli kurumlardan birisi endüstriyel dönüşümlerdir. Bu tarihsel dönüşümün başlangıcı, 18. yüzyılın ortasında buhar makinesinin icadıdır. Enerji kaynağı olarak elektik ve petrolün kullanılması ve seri üretime geçilmesi sonrası, ikinci endüstriyel dönüşüm dalgası başlamıştır. Üçüncü endüstriye dönüşüm dalgası ise, programlanabilir elektronik makinelerin üretim teknolojisine uygulanması ile tetiklenmiştir. Günümüzde dördüncü endüstriyel değişim dalgasının ilk örneklerine şahit olunmaktadır. Bu dönüşüm sadece üretim teknolojisini değiştirmemekte, toplumu, ekonomiyi ve eğitimi de değişmektedir. Bu çalışma endüstriyel dönüşümlerin toplumsal kurumlara etkisini, dördüncü endüstriyel devrimi ve Türkiye'nin mevcut durumunu incelemektedir. Almanya ve ABD gibi gelişmiş ülkelerde başlayan dördüncü endüstriyel dalga, tüm küresel pazarı etkileme potansiyeli taşımaktadır. Bu sürecin anlaşılması, Türkiye'nin küresel rekabet gücünü koruyabilmesi ve ekonomik büyüme için hayati önemdedir. Bu çerçevede, Türkiye'nin mevcut endüstriyel ve eğitim altyapısı incelenmekte ve önerilerde bulunulmaktadır
