Children’s Literature and Reality Nowadays

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the role of children’s literature in supporting the child in perceiving the realities about people and life, along with sensitivity, love of reading, different values and similar that literature provides the child with. The fundamental view of this study based on the literature and prepared using descriptive method is to gain the a for ementioned values of children’s literature through libraries, which are the most important institutions in that context, along with educational processes

Bu çalışmanın amacı, çocuk edebiyatının çocuğa kazandırdığı duyarlılık, okuma sevgisi, çeşitli değerler ve benzerlerinin yanısıra, çocuğun insanlara ve yaşama ilişkin gerçeklikleri algılamasına yardımcı olmadaki rolünü tartışmaktır. Literatüre dayalı ve betimleme ve belgesel tarama yöntemiyle hazırlanan çalışmanın dayandığı temel görüş, çocuk edebiyatının anılan değerlerinin eğitim sürecinin yanısıra bu bağlamda en önemli kurumlar olan kütüphanelerle kazandırılmasıdır
