MYTHOLOGY IN THE TELLING POEMS OF HİLMİ YAVUZ

Abstract

As it is known, besides being mythology or myth science, it has an important place in the formation of the religion that human beings believe in and shape their future. Perhaps the series of events that we see as myth has transformed itself into a system of beliefs today under a modern structure and has greatly affected human beings. These influences manifested themselves in the literary field as well as in all aspects of life. In this study, we will try to show you the mythological elements of Hilmi Yavuz's Telling Poems written by Behçet Necatigil based on the 10th anniversary of his death. This book is important in terms of both revealing the myths influenced by the West and turning to the monks of the East

Özet

Bilindiği gibi mitos ya da mit köken bilimi olmasının yanı sıra insanoğlunun inandığı ve geleceğini şekillendirdiği din olgusunun da oluşmasında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Belki de mit olarak gördüğümüz olaylar dizini zamanla kendisini modern bir yapı altında bugünkü inançlar sistemine çevirmiş ve insanoğlunu büyük oranda etkilemiştir. Bu etkilenmeler hayatın her yönünde olduğu gibi edebi alanda da kendisini göstermiştir. Biz de Türk edebiyatının yaşayan en büyük şairlerinden gördüğümüz Hilmi Yavuz’un Behçet Necatigil’in vefatının 10. yılına istinaden yazdığı Söylen Şiirleri’ndeki mitolojik ögeleri sizlere göstereceğiz. Bunlara ek alarak şiir kitabındaki menkıbeleri de kendi anlayışımıza uygun bir biçimde mit olarak kabul ettiğimizi belirtmek isteriz. Bu kitap hem Batı’nın etkilendiği mitosları göz önüne sermesi, hem de kendi menkıbelerimize yönelmesi açısından mühim bir yerdedir.
