Özet
Bu makale, gebe eğitim sınıfının bir gebenin, gebelik, doğum ve erken doğum sonrası sürecine etkinliğini sunmak amacıylaplanlanmıştır. Gebe eğitim sınıfına katılan bir gebenin gebelik ve erken doğum sonrası süreci ve bu yönde yapılan eğitiminanlatıldığı vaka sunumu yapılmıştır.28 yaşında, primipar, üniversite mezunu, ev hanımı olan gebe, gebeliğinin 32. haftasında MuğlaSıtkı Koçman Üniversitesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi tarafından verilen gebe eğitim sınıfına katılmıştır. Bu eğitim haftada 1gün, günde 4 saat eğitim süresi ile toplam 3 haftada tamamlamıştır. Gebe eğitim sınıfında verilen eğitimler sonucunda gebe korkuve anksiyetesi azalmış bir şekilde, doğum sürecini kendisi yöneterek sağlıklı ve mutlu bir doğum süreci yaşamıştır.
Abstract
This article is designed to present the effectiveness of the pregnant education class to a pregnant woman's pregnancy, delivery andpostpartum period.Pregnancy and preterm delivery period of a pregnant woman participating in the pregnant education class anddescribing the training in this direction a case report was made.The 28-year-old pregnant, who was a primipar, university graduate,housewife, attended the pregnant education class given by Mugla Sıtkı Kocman University Training and Research Hospital in the32nd week of her pregnancy. This training has been completed once a week, in a total of 3 weeks with a training period of 4 hoursa day. As a result of the trainings given in the pregnant education class, pregnant fears and anxiety decreased, and she managed ahealthy and happy birth process by managing the birth process herself.
