Evaluation of Construction Management Master Science’s Research Trends with the Construction Management and Building Management Congresses Beetween the Years 1996 and 2011

Abstract
Construction Management is a multidisciplinary master science that development in Turkey is also relatively rare. A total of ten national congresses between 1996 and 2016 also has made a great contribution to this development . Six congresses held between 1996 and 2011, organized by the Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers. In this study an assessment was made at the origin of the congress objectives and the notifications provided in congres organized from the first to the sixth. A total of 233 papers were presented at these congresses and research trends evaluated with respect to the main subjects. In a seven year process, the areas in which the national researches in the Construction Management discipline have been studied with using tables.
Özet
Çok disiplinli bir Anabilim Dalı olan Yapı İşletmesi/ Yapım Yönetimi/ İnşaat Yönetimi’nin Türkiye’deki gelişimi de nispeten yenidir. 1996 ile 2016 yılları arasında gerçekleştirilen toplam on adet ulusal kongre de bu gelişime büyük katkılarda bulunmuştur. 1996 ile 2011 yılları arasında düzenlenen altı kongre, İnşaat Mühendisleri Odası (İMO) tarafından organize edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada ilk kongreden altıncısına kadar yapılan organizasyonlarda; kongre amaçları ve sunulan bildiriler orijininde bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Toplam 233 bildiri sunulan bu kongrelerde ana konular itibarı ile araştırma trendleri değerlendirilmiştir. Tablolar yardımı ile yedi yıllık bir süreçte Yapı İşletmesi disiplinindeki ulusal araştırmaların hangi alanlara yöneldikleri etüt edilmiştir.
