The Sacrifice Ritual in Soğukçeşme (Avdan) Village of Kütahya

Abstract

In this study, after we study the cultural changes in the societies, the reasons caused these cultural changes, the effects of the cultural changes on religions, how the rituals change with the beliefs, the sacrificing rituals in the light of modern rituals, we will mention the sacrifice rituals in Soğukçeşme, Kütahya and the rituals changed in the modernization time.

Özet

Bu çalışmada toplumlarda meydana gelen kültürel değişiklikler, kültürel değişikliklere neden olan etkenler, kültürel değişikliklerin inançlara etkisi, inançlarla birlikte ritüellerin nasıl değiştiği ve ortaya çıkan modern ritüeller ışığı altında kurban ritüelinin gelişimi incelendikten sonra Türklerde İslamiyet öncesi ve sonrası kurban ritüeline değinilerek Kütahya Soğukçeşme Köyü’ndeki kurban ritüelinden ve modernleşme sürecinde değişen ritüellerden bahsedilmektedir.
