The Effects of Chanding Climate Conitions to the Ecosystem of Elazığ Plain and its Sudrroundings

Abstract

Elazıg Plain and Uluova are situated on the upper part of Fırat River. In the region, the summer is dry and hot, the winter is long and cold. In the region where it is evident that terestrial climate characteristics, the regime of Mediterranean rain chararacteristics is attention. In result of different events, changes occur in the climates. These changes occur in some places either as a flood or incease the drought in some places fort this reason it’s rather important to understand how it goes to change and to take precautions according to this by recognizing the characteristics of the climate of region. Coith this aim climate datas are evaluateded monthly and according to the seasons by considering the observations to 70 years of Elazıg Meteorological station. The rainfal reliability is calculated according to Erinç and Thorntwaite formulas, rainfall efferct water balance and wind shapes are formed according to months, average warmth and rainfall map are drawn, with regression warmth and rain angle drawn, with regression warmth and rain angle are drawn.

Özet

Elazıg Ovası ile Uluova, Dogu Anadolu Bölgesi’nin Yukarı Fırat Bölümü’nde bulunmaktadır. Yörede yazlar kurak ve sıcak, kıslar uzun ve soguktur. Çesitli olaylar sonucu iklimlerde degismeler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu degismeler kimi yerlerde sel baskınları seklinde ortaya çıkarken, kimi yerlerde de kuraklıgı arttırmaktadır. Bu nedenle yöre ikliminin özelliklerini tanıyarak, nasıl bir degisime dogru gittigini anlamak ve buna göre tedbir almak oldukça önemlidir. Bu amaçla; Elazıg meteoroloji istasyonunun 70 yıllık rasatları dikkate alınarak, iklim verileri aylık ve mevsimlere göre degerlendirilmistir. Erinç ve Thornthwaite formüllerine göre yagıs müessiriyeti, yagıs ve sıcaklıgın yıllar arası degisimleri (Rainfall reliability) hesaplanmıs, su bilânçosu ve aylara göre rüzgârgülü sekilleri olusturulmus, ortalama sıcaklık ve yagıs haritası çizilmis, lineer regressionla sıcaklık ve yagısın egrileri çizilmistir.
