This paper discusses the position of Muslim subjects in Germany, by means of a film by Qurbani entitledShahada (2010). Additionally, the role which media constructs (media in general) have in formation oftheir reception/image. The papaer also includes opinions of Polish students studying German Languageand Literature about the reception/image of Muslims in this film and in German media
