Abstract

Langerhans celi histiocytosis (LCH) a rare disorder of unknown cause affecting both children and adults, can involve many different organs. Lung involvement is after seen in LCH, and these cases are not uncommonly complicated by pneumothorax. - Here is presented a case of LCH who died of spontaneous pneumothorax.

Özet

Langerhans hücreli histiositoz (LHH), yetişkin ve çocuklarda görülebilen, nedeni bilinmeyen bir hastalıktır. Farklı organ tutulumlarıyla seyredebilir. LHH'da akciğer tutulumu sıktır ve bu vakalar hiç de seyrek olmayarak pnömotoraks ile komplike olurlar. Burada spontan pnömotoraks ile kaybedilen bir LHH vakası sunulmuştur.
